Alert: Constitutional Crisis Looming

For quite some time now, ConstitutionWatch.org has allowed for the Barack Obama eligibility issue to play out. As a credible organization, we did not want to jump to any conclusions or prematurely address this issue.

However, after seeing thousands of Americans question Barack Obama’s place of birth, and ultimately, his eligibility for Commander in Chief, we are forced to address this situation- for, the conditions for a Constitutional Crisis are perfect.

As we all know, a president-elect must meet certain criteria:

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.

The above excerpt from the United States Constitution is very cut and dry- it leaves no room for excuses. Today, with the Inauguration of Barack Obama literally hours away, we are faced with a very pressing matter: the eligibility of our next elected president.

It is the firm belief of ConstitutionWatch.org that, under no circumstances, shall the United States Constitution ever be undermined by any official, party, citizen, group, or other entity. In addition, we believe that the American public deserves answers to reasonable questions- in this case, answers in regards to Barack Obama’s citizenship. It would be one thing if the some Americans were demanding to know battlefield plans, but this is nothing of the sort.

Birth records are very easy to produce, and all citizens of the United States of America have to produce them at various times- such as at the Department of Motor Vehicles, a job interview, or other similar scenario. By comparison, attaining the Office of President is much more important than a regular job interview- so why has eligibility not been verified ? You’d be surprised.

Presidential Eligibility Verification

The United States has no formal presidential eligibility committee. This may come shocking to you, and in that spirt we ask you to contact your representatives- they work for you, afterall- and demand an official eligibility committee be formed- not just for Barack Obama, but for there on out.

The Facts

Although we will not jump to conclusions and accuse Barack Obama of not being a natural born citizen, we will list the facts- absolute, 100% truths, below:

It has been said, and verified, that Barack Obama’s grandmother in Kenya told many of her neighbors, friends and relatives that she witnessed Barack Obama’s birth- in Kenya. Whether or not that is the truth, the fact is that she made that statement. That, alone, should be enough to spark an investigation.
Officials at Occidental College in Los Angeles, Calif., have been served with a demand to produce records concerning Barack Obama’s attendance there during the 1980s because they could document whether he was attending as a foreign national or not.
The Supreme Court and Congress are both are being challenged to address the worries that Obama doesn’t meet the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that the president be a natural born citizen.
A long list of legal cases have been filed against Barack Obama.
“If Obama is sworn in as president, we will file a Petition for Writ of ‘Quo Warranto,’ a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as president because he is ‘not qualified,’” said Philip J. Berg, a lawyer who has brought several cases to court. Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, indicated the issue isn’t going away.
Orly Taitz, a California lawyer, has filed a dispute against Barack Obama.
Some allege his birth took place in Kenya, and his mother was a minor at the time of his birth – too young to confer American citizenship. They argue Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr., was a Kenyan citizen subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time and would have handed down British citizenship.
There also are questions raised about Obama’s move to Indonesia when he was a child and his attendance at school there when only Indonesian citizens were allowed and his travel to Pakistan in the ’80s when such travel was forbidden to American citizens.
Barack Obama and his own half-sister provide two different answers in regards to the hospital at which he was born.

Caught Red Handed!

There have been numerous attempts to fake Obama’s birth certificate as real. Following are two high profile websites which have committed the crimes:

1) The DailyKOS website, a very far-left, and often blasphemous and incorrect website, has been caught red handed tampering with the Obama birth certificate, the one they claim is real. Read the story here.

2) FactCheck.org- which is extremely friendly to the Obama camp and only reports half truths, has released this report claiming that the birth certificate is real, and that they actually touched it. In fact, they go so far as to display a raised seal. Two things are critically wrong about this report. The first is that, in his books, Barack Obama claimed that he was so “proud of [his] birth certificate” that he kept it with him every where he went, often used it as a bookmark, etc. This would have most certainly contributed to a lot of wear and tear, yet the images that FactCheck.org displays are flawless- what gives? Secondly, the image of a raised seal is certainly fake because, when the image is examined with edge-detecting software, a seal is not visible what-so-ever. In fact, no seal is ever visible using any combination of photo enhancing techniques. Clearly, the birth certificate displayed is fake.

The Damage

Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, Americans will suffer irreparable harm in that an usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal. This will quickly become a Constitutional nightmare, and with the majority of congress liberal, we could see major harm done.

The Plea

Obama has refused to submit certified copies of any of his original long form ‘vault’ birth certificates in Hawaii to any public officer or to any Petitioner. Relevant records in Kenya have also been officially restricted. Not only is this suspicious, it is a heck of a big measure to go to in order to keep this information secret. Barack Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on lawyers to prevent American citizens from attaining answers to these questions. There is absolutely no legitimate reason that this information should be kept from us. Thirty-three democracies descended into tyranny during the 20th century by failing to uphold constitutional protections. Over the last few weeks, close to one hundred thousand letters have been recieved by the Supreme Court pleading to get to the bottom of this crisis.

The biggest question is why, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists as his campaign has stated, Obama hasn’t simply ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

We have classified this story as an “immediate threat” and will continue to report on it until the issue has been settled.
